A: There is no private parking lot, but there is a public parking lot nearby.

A: It is possible to come to the salon together, but depending on the menu, you may not end at the same time as your friend.

A: There are no toys, but you can bring your kids with you. If you have a stroller, please contact us when you arrive and, we can help you bring it up.
Q: How long will it take for the hair colouring process ?
A: It depends on the content of the colour, it usually takes about 1.5 hours to 3 hours.
Q: Is it okay to bleach my hair if my skin is very sensitive?
A: If your skin is sensitive, we don’t recommended to colour your hair as well as bleaching your hair. Please see your doctor before confirming your appointment.
Q: I am pregnant, can I colour my hair?
A: Even if you are pregnant, hair coloring is possible but please ask your doctor before confirming your appointment.
Q: I dyed my hair black myself, but can you make the colour lighter again?
A: When you dye your hair black, it is very difficult to have lighter colour with only one visit. Please book for a consultation with a stylist and we can discuss your hair.
Q: My hair is damaged by bleaching it many times, but is it possible to colour my hair and fix the damage?
A: Once your hair is damaged, we can not cure damaged hair… We can only advise you after looking at the condition of your hair, so please book for a consultation with a stylist and we can discuss your hair.
Q: Can I make Platinum White with a single visit?
A: Depending on the condition of your hair; but most likely Platinum White requires several bleaches, so It is impossible to do it, in only one visit.

Q: What brand name of colour do you use?
A: We use Schwarzkopf for both bleach and color. It is a very high end product in the beauty industry.
Q: Can I bring my own colour?
A: If you wish to bring in the colour you want it might be possible. Please ask your stylist in advance.
Q: Do you do henna or organic colours?
A: Henna and organic colours are not available. However, we carry Hair manicure a (Japanese product) which doesn’t have chemicals and can be used for those who don’t like any chemicals in their hair.
